Use Ease Chill after a long screen-filled day, during your evening wind-down routine or whenever you want to close your eyes for a few uninterrupted minutes.

The removable design allows you to prepare the gel insert separately before sliding it back into the fabric sleeve.

For cool use

1. Remove the gel insert from the fabric sleeve.

2. Place the sealed insert in the refrigerator until comfortably cool.

3. Return the insert to the sleeve.

4. Check the temperature before placing the mask over your eyes.

5. Adjust the strap and relax for a short, comfortable period.

For warm use

1. Remove the gel insert from the fabric sleeve.

2. Place the sealed insert in comfortably warm, not boiling, water.

3. Remove the insert and dry its exterior completely.

4. Return it to the fabric sleeve.

5. Check the temperature carefully before use.

Do not microwave or use boiling water unless the final instructions supplied with the product specifically confirm that the heating method is safe.
